How to Make your own Vision Board?

Here is my Vision Board:

What is a Vision Board?
Visualization in an amazing way to get an idea of what you want (could be anything) in your mind. According to the book The Secret, "The law of attraction is forming your entire life experience and it is doing that through your thoughts. When you are visualizing, you are emitting a powerful frequency out into the Universe."

These lines were stuck in my head.
Your vision board should focus on how you want to feel, not just on things that you want. Don't get me wrong, it's great to include the material stuff, too. However, the more your board focuses on how you want to feel, the more it will come to life.

What my Vision Board means?
Visually for me the pictures showcase the things I enjoy or bring be a lot of happiness. Things like spending time with friends, visiting an art gallery, trying some delicious dishes, buying clothes, playing football, feeling contentful after reaching the top after a long trek, seeing bouginvillas, going to your favourite bands or edm music festival, sitting under a tree on a hot evening,  stargazing, smell of old books, exploring new places, playing the guitar and appriciating history & culture.

The words I've used show how I motivate myself to get there. These words are something that makes me feel good and positive.

How do you create your own Vision Board?

Step 1 - Defining your goals
"Visualise" how you want to feel, where do you want to be, what do you want to be doing. Note down your goals and objectives.

Step 2 - Finding your inspiration
Now research for inspiration from other vision board and have a rough idea of what you want your vision board to look like.

Step 3 - Mapping out your board
Now that you have a clear picture of what you want. Choose words and images that best describe it. You can either make an online copy of it or you can use magazines, newspaper clipping to help you design your Vision Board.
Tip: Always keep extra pictures and words. So you can always play around with the placement.

Step 4 - Now just bring your vision board to life!

Creating a sacred space that displays what you want actually does bring it to life. What we focus on expands. When you create a vision board and place it in a space where you see it often, you essentially end up doing short visualization exercises throughout the day.

Happy Creating
