This is the ideal playlist for people who enjoy blasting sad but beautiful songs. And if you are not really into sad stuff, trust me and give it a listen. A Spotify Playlist is added at the bottom with all the songs suggested in it.

1. Lord Huron

Travel back in time, to a lonely town in the middle of a dense forest. Humming to Lord Huron's music on top an abandoned factory with your friends looking up at the stars. This is exactly what his music feels like. Here are a few tracks, you can check out- "Love Like Ghosts", "The Night We Met", "Ends of the Earth."

2. Vร‰RITร‰

Love the 1975 here is Vรฉritรฉs version of "Somebody Else". Her music can be described as soft yet strong, elegant yet powerful and is so wittily made. She was deeply inspired by the Cranberries and started making covers of bands like Green Day & Led Zeppelin. Here are some of her tracks-  "Better", "Underdressed", "Saint", "Bout You."

3. Daniel Caesar

A Canadian wonder who is one of the best songwriters of today (my POV). His main music is style is Soul & R&B. His music is so perfect for slow dancing because its so groovy and melo. Here are his top tunes- "Best Part", "We Find Love", "Get You" & "Japanese Denim."

4. Bon Iver

An American singer/ songwriter, whose music covers the genres Indie folk, indie rock, soft rock & folk. His music is very rooted, earthy and natural. Words are not enough to  describe his talent, so here are a few songs you can listen to- "Holocene", "Exile", "Skinny Love", "Flume."

5. Stephen

Another American with strong vocals and music. He uses a hint of electronic music to his songs as he is very experimental with his music. Here are a few songs you'll get addicted to "Crossfire", "Fly Down", "Sincerely", "Line it Up."

6. Tom Misch

Want some new age disco & jazz music which is very subtle. Tom Misch is here to save you. His voice is so good, its the first thing that actually got me hooked to him. Maybe it's the accent. Idk. So, set up your disco ball and sway on to "Movie", "Disco Yes", "Your Love", "It Runs Through Me."

7. Sleeping At Last

More Americans dominating this blog, this bands music covers various genres and can't be put into a category. Their music is very slow, filled with emotion and is so warm. "Saturn", "Neptune", "Light", "Already Gone" are a few songs on my playlist.

8. S.G Lewis

An English producer, singer and songwriter. Madly talented, he recently produced Dua Lipa's song Hallucinate from the album Future Nostalgia. Here are more tracks to prove his awesomeness- "No Less", "Sunsets Pt. 2", "Flames", "Chemicals."

9. Dermot Kennedy

This Irish dude has such a gifted vocals. His music is an excuse to just get lost into a dream. Here are a few of his hits- "Lost", "Rome", "Power Over Me", "What Have I Done", "All My Friends."
